This year’s A Christmas Affair features more than 230 unique merchants from across the country. “Market Days” runs Nov. 21 (noon to 8 p.m.), Nov. 22 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), Nov 23 (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and Nov 24 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).  “Twas The Night Before Christmas Dinner With Santa” takes place Nov. 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. “A Season of Giving Lunch With Santa” takes place Nov. 24 from 1 to 3 p.m. Get your tickets at

Fantastic Magic Camp

Dec. 30 to Jan. 3

Every day at Fantastic Magic Camp is filled with fun, adventure and discoveries. We open every weekday at Journey IFC at 8:00 am for the arrival of campers, and the program starts at 9:00 am sharp. Each day includes classes in magic, juggling, puppetry, and other variety arts, as well as a live magic show by some of Austin’s best professional magicians. Our day ends at 4:00 pm, and pick up time is 4:00 – 4:30, but for those who wish to stay longer we offer an optional “Rehearsal Time,” running from 4:00 – 6:00, where campers can practice what they have learned that day with assistance and supervision from our counselors and staff.

Rio Vista Farm Winter Break Camp

Instruction in English riding lessons and horse care. Campers leave with a respect for the hard work, dedication and fun involved in working with horses. With van service from Westlake Hills, Rio Vista is located 10 miles from downtown Austin. Camps run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $250 plus  van fee.

Switch Willo Holiday Camp

Dec. 26 to Jan. 1

Teaching all skill levels with daily riding instruction, horse care lessons, proper barn safety and etiquette, horse shows, arts and crafts. The camp culminates with a horse show and ribbon ceremony so parents can see what their children have learned and accomplished. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with an option to extend to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
