In the last week of June, Camp For All, a non-profit that helps children and adults with illnesses and special needs, brought the experience of summer camp to patients and families at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. Various camp activities were set up throughout the hospital for children who were too sick to attend outdoor summer camps. During the daylong camps, children participated in archery, scavenger hunts, skits, canoeing, making s’mores and even throwing pies at their physicians.
