Schlitterbahn Galveston Island has released a computer-generated video in advance of debuting the world’s tallest water coaster, MASSIV. The ride video, based on drawings of the ride and photos of the park, provides a guest’s perspective of riding the coaster – minus the refreshing splashes of water.
“We can’t wait to ride MASSIV,” said Ron Sutula, Schlitterbahn Galveston’s general manager. “This ride video is the closest we can get until we open the ride in early June.”
MASSIV will have four uphill sections, a tunnel section, translucent turn and triple drop finale. At 926 feet long, it will be the longest slide at Schlitterbahn Galveston.
