June 13 was a special evening for teen patients of the Children’s Blood & Cancer Center (CBCC) at Dell Children’s, as they celebrated the annual Hungry Bunch Prom. The event was held inside Dell Children’s Medical Center.
CBCC teen patients and their guests enjoyed a dinner feast, dancing, Medieval games and special guests. The prom is held every year for teen patients with cancer or blood disorders.
Before the prom, Aveda Institute Austin hosted a primping party, where teens had their hair, makeup and nails done.
The Hungry Bunch prom is made possible by the support of volunteers, local organizations and businesses.
