Emotions

Reflect on this following question: what is the emotional state you live in every day? For example, you might answer, “I start my day with a lot of energy, but as the day passes I feel stressed.” The quality of our emotions determines the quality of our life. The first step to taking control of our emotions is to be openly conscious about your emotional state. Make a list of all the emotions you experience throughout your day. This will give you a clue about whether there is something that needs to be changed. Think Positive!
